Quick Apple Pie

The summer has almost ended and evenings have started to get a tad bit cooler in my city.Β This makes me so happy as it’s now time for hot chocolates and comfy sweaters!

My mom is an amazing baker and I so wish I was even a 10% as talented and hard working as her then I would enjoy these cozy evenings even better πŸ™‚

However, I am a newbie in the kitchen and so I am always on a hunt for easy and delicious recipes. I’d been eyeing this quick apple crumble/pie recipe since a while now and today I finally tried my hands on it.

In just 3 minutes my kitchen was smelling absolutely amazing!! Aaah I can have this every evening πŸ™‚ Perfect dessert for these cold evenings in no time at all. Check out the recipe below:

4 tbsp Oats,Β 2 tbsp maida (white flour), pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon, 2 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp butter, 1 apple diced in small pieces

Mix sugar, oats, salt, cinnamon n flour

Flour Mix

Mix butter in the flour mix until it forms a crisp mixture (looks like bread crumbs)

Add Melted Butter

Coat apple pieces with Maida n put in microwave safe mug.

Diced Apples

Put the flour mix on top of apples and get ready to microwave it.

Add the Flour Mix

Microwave on high for abt 3 mins. The apples would have turned soft and gooey, that’s when the kitchen would start smelling amazing!

All done!
